VISA Fraud Control recently notified Bloomington Municipal Credit Union that there has been a reported incident involving confirmed unauthorized access to customer information at a retail merchant. Consequently, your debit card could have been compromised. To minimize your risk of fraud, we are closing those debit cards and reissuing a new one. If your card was on the list, you’ll receive a new card with a new number approximately 7-10 days later.
Please make sure that your address and phone number are updated with us. As we are trying to call to notify those affected and the new cards will be mailed to address we have in our system. Thank you.
